Reservation and cancellation policy
Please read our booking and cancellation terms and conditions carefully to ensure that everything goes smoothly during your stay.
Booking conditions
1.Booking process:
You can make your reservations through the booking system available on our website. To finalize your reservation, we request a non-refundable deposit of HUF 50,000.
2.Minimum stay:
A minimum of 5 nights can be booked between June 1st and August 31st, there is no minimum stay during other periods.
3.Cleaning fee:
A one-time cleaning fee of HUF 10,000 will be charged for each booking.
4.Tourist tax:
The price does not include the tourist tax, which is payable over the age of 18: 500 HUF / person / night.
5.Payment methods:
Accepted currencies: HUF (Ft)
Accepted cards: OTP, MKB, K&H and MBH SZÉP Cards.
Cancellation conditions
1.Booking refund:
The deposit amount (50,000 HUF) is non-refundable.
2.Cancellation date:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days before arrival, only the deposit will be charged.
3.Amendment:
You can change your reservation date at least 30 days before arrival, subject to availability of the new date.
4.No-show (non-arrival):
If you do not arrive and do not notify us in advance, we will charge the full reservation fee.
